When Advanced Automation developed FastFlexTM, we realized it had the potential to dramatically change the speed at which manufacturers assembled off-the-shelf components. Our challenge was to develop a strategy and execution that did this revolutionary concept justice positioned it. We created a brand new product category, Fast Flex above the competition. We took the story to the trade journals, developed print ads and collateral materials.
In the absence of any real competition, FastFlex generated $16 million in sales in its very first year. Not bad for a new product.
